It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Jackson Whitfield of Scottsville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 31, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joe Aaron Whitfield; and his sister Angela Whitfield. He is survived by: his wife Vera Mae Whitfield of Scottsville, KY; his daughters, Angie Anderson (Donnie) of Scottsville, KY and Ginger Peay (Shawn) of Scottsville, KY; his brother Kenneth Whitfield of Robersonville, N. C.; his grandchildren, Drew Anderson (Caitlyn), Seth Peay (Elizabeth), Casey Cave (R. J.) and Sheldon Peay; and his great grandchildren, Ava Peay, Addilyn Anderson, Charlotte Cave and Tate Peay.
