He is survived by: his wife Lena Smith of Scottsville, KY; his children, Fonzi Smith of Lafayette, TN, Dewayne Smith of Scottsville, KY and Caranell O'Neal of Crossville, TN; his siblings, Jimmy Smith of Scottsville, KY and Ann Scruggs of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Zack West, Camren Hooper, Derrick Hooper, Storm Smith, Star Smith and Drake Smith; and his great grandchildren, Lillie West, Athena West, Willow West and Coleson West.
