He is survived by: his wife Melba Gilliam Patrick of Scottsville, KY; his siblings, James Hillous Patrick (Linda) of Scottsville, KY, Rev. Danny Ray Patrick of Scottsville, KY and Bonnie Patrick Ray of Scottsville, KY; his grandchildren, Jordan Talbott (Shelby), Zachary Richards (Joshua), Courtney Patrick (Rachel) and Khloe Patrick; his great grandchildren, Makenna, Ada-Kate and Baylor Talbott; and his siblings-in-law, Willard Gilliam (Michelle), Rev. Lawrence Gilliam of Scottsville, KY, Marjorie Mosley of Conyers, GA and Donna Williams (Greg) of Scottsville, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
