We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2024, at the age of 70, Sonya Karen Dick Morris (Science Hill, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Jean Phelps Dick and Vernon Thomas Dick; her grandparents, Johnny C. Dick, Ida Mae Randolph Dick, Earl Phelps and Grace Cain Phelps; her sister-in-law Eva "Peanut" Dyer; her father-in-law John Morris; and her friends, Janie Sears and Hilda Wilson.
She is survived by: her friend Jim Denney; her husband James "Chief" Morris of Science Hill, KY; her daughter Amanda Karen Morris of Science Hill, KY; her mother-in-law Beverly Morris of Science Hill, KY; her aunt Carolyn Phelps of Somerset, KY; and her uncle Ronnie Dick (Pam Minton) of Science Hill, KY. She is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
