She was predeceased by: her father Eldie Wayne Hughes; her son Richard Blake; her grandparents, Bill and Peggy Neal; and her uncle Kenny Wesley.
She is survived by: her mother Cathy Neal Hughes; her husband Scott Forbes of Eubank Kentucky; her brother William "Billy" Hughes of Eubank; her aunts, Debbie Wesley of Liberty and Elizabeth Eichmann (Patrick) of Nancy; her sister-in-law Kayla Williams of Eubank; her father-in-law Rick Forbes of Ohio; and her nieces and nephews, Khloe Hughes, Bella Hughes, Landon Williams and Bentley McKee. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
