He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Shane Baker of Somerset; his son Isaac; his daughter-in-law Kari VanHoose of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Gabe Baker, Caleb Baker, Elijah VanHoose, Lovella VanHoose and Anderson VanHoose; his sister Sondra; his brother-in-law Joseph Clark of Cincinnati; and also Isaiah Super.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy be made as donations to Fisher House.
