He is survived by: his parents, Steve Richard and Rita Spears Adkins; his wife Trista Adkins; his children, Kaden Gage Adkins and Karis Evia Adkins; his brother Franki Adkins (Sara); and his grandparents, Joe of Sandy Hook, Iva Adkins of Sandy Hook, Heavy Duty, Danny Bayless and Terrance Pigg.
