She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Marion and Flora Belle Green White; her spouse Derrel Fields; and her siblings, Lowell White, Darrell White, Laurie White, Coleman White, Joy Hoffman, Ferl Barker and Pauline Ison.
She is survived by: her sons, Dana Lee Fields (Debbie) of Grayson, Kentucky, David Ray Fields (Sylvia) of Falkville, Ala, Roy Allen Fields (Suzie) of Flatwoods, Kentucky and Randall Derrel Fields (Melissa) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Patrick Fields, Aaron Fields, Jeffrey Fields, Jeremy Fields, Justin Fields, Melissa Fields Mason, Anthony Fields, Lori Fields Martin, Kyle Fields, Clairissa Fields, Jaythen Fields, Mackenzie Fields and Rosie Fields; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Madalyn, Maci, Landen, Adalyn, Audrina, Alana, Emerson, Ethan, Brayden, Jacey, Zoey, Jaxon, Landon and Rhyder.
