He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earnsteen Prater Watkins of Salyersville and William Paul Howard; his brother Ravon Howard; his grandparents, Theodore Roosevelt Prater, Edna Marie Prater (Wireman), Okie Howard and Alkie Howard (May); his son William Paul Howard of Salyersville; and his stepchildren, Kayla Page Duncan of Salyersville and Kelly Lee Adams of Salyersville.
