He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bailey Howard; his daughter Robyn (Anthony Rose) of Salyersville; his grandson Jason (Aimee Back) of Salyersville; and his siblings, Albert Howard of Salyersville, David Cordell of Salyersville, Douglas Arnett of Salyersville, Steve Howard of Royalton, Jeff Howard of Royalton, Pauletta Reed of Salyersville, Vicky Johnson of White Pine, Marsha Howard of Lexington and Ernestetta Embry of Royalton. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
