Mullins of Salyersville, Ray Mullins of LaPorte, Dirl Mullins of Salyersville, Rondal Mullins of North Carolina, Danny Mullins of Jackson, Larry Mullins of Salyersville, James Mullins of Salyersville, Roger Mullins of Salyersville, Ellarie Collins of Salyersville, Cleda Mae Lawson of Salyersville, Juanita Howard of Salyersville and Vickie Link of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Joshua, Megan, Andrea, Derek, Savanah, Caleb and Kaden; and her great grandchildren, Daven, Bryson, Karissa, Jaden and Caroline. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
