He is survived by: his parents, Carl Perkins and Janet Saylor Perkins; his wife Norma Wright Perkins; his stepmother Virginia Perkins; his children, Paul Daniel Stevens, Ryan Scott Stevens, Tyrone Stevens and Mikayla Stevens; and his siblings, Jeffery Perkins (Samantha), Charles Jordan, Jamie McCarty (Greg), Reva Perkins, Ashley Patrick (Jerry), Whitney Meade (James) and Santana Howard (B. J.). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
