He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Howard and Mary Jenkins Howard. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lee Howard; his children, Timothy W. Howard (Amanda) of Salyersville, Kimberly A. Howard (Josh Linskey) of Lexington and Kristy D. Howard Jackson (Brad) of Salyersville; his sister Jewel Perkins of Trace Branch; his granddaughters, Kourtney Howard Shepherd (Brandon), Taylor Coleman (Nathan) and Kyndall Brown; and his great grandchildren, Paxton Coleman, John "Axel" Shepherd, Rosie Shepherd and Harrison "Harry" Coleman.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing is required.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested that contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Juvenile Diabetes Association, In Memory of Timothy "Pooh Bear" Howard.
