He is survived by: his wife Vernonna Porter Tackett; his sons, Steven Craig (Crystal Tackett) of Salyersville and Matthew Lynn (Ashley Tackett) of Salyersville; his sister Sue Gullett of Dayton; and his grandchildren, Logan Tackett, Trenton Tackett, Mason Tackett, Steven Connor Tackett and Gavin Tackett.
