He was predeceased by: his father Terry Dean Evans; his brother Christopher Kyle Evans; and his grandparents, Willie Howard, Ethel Stacy Howard, Homer and Christine Stepp Evans.
He is survived by: his mother Ada Howard Barton of Tomahawk, KY; his girlfriend Kristin Slone; his children, Aydean, Tanner, Dean, River Evans, Matt Mooney, Kaydence Evans and Zoey Slone; his siblings, Cody Barton, John Sherman and Jasmine Barton (Amber Blackburn); and his stepfather Carlos Barton.
