She is survived by: her children, Terry Joseph of Virgie, Cody Slusher of Royalton, Corey Slusher of Royalton and Tammy Gunter of Wellington; and her siblings, Donald Ware, David Slusher, Doug Slusher, Carolyn Boggs and Tammy Sue Slusher. She is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
