It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Eric Puckett of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Puckett and Tammie Wages Puckett; and his grandparents, Langley Wages, Allene Arnett, Ronald and Barbara Puckett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Scott Puckett of Salyersville and Misty Shepherd (Tyler) of Salyersville, Kentucky.; his nephew Chandler Lykins; his nieces, Mayley Lykins and Finleigh Scott Puckett; his uncle Ron Puckett of Florida; and his aunts, Pam Wages of Salyersville, Kentucky. and Barbara Jordan of Salyersville, Kentucky..
