We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2021, at the age of 66, Shirley Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovie Francis and Dessie Howard Francis Bailey; her daughter Kelly Colanna Coffey; and her siblings, Raybern Francis, Connie Lynn Francis Marshall and Chrystal Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Randy Rudd; her son Tracy Ray Coffey of Salyersville; her siblings, Terry Francis, Tommy Francis, Ray Francis and Wilma Jean Francis Ward; her grandchildren, Jessie Coffey, Dessie Coffey and Tracie Colanna Coffey; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Randy Minix and Hayslee Janel Minix.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Shirley Rudd memorial at the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
