He is survived by: his brother Raymond Allen; his wife Rosetta Allen of Salyersville; and his siblings, Rita Allen of Salyersville, Flora Simpkins of Salyersville, Loretta Perkins of Salyersville, Roy "Rooser" Allen of Salyersville, Ralph Allen of Salyersville and Randy Allen of Salyersville.
