He was predeceased by: his mother Rosie Bailey Manns; his siblings, Sylis Gene Manns, Ellis Ray Manns, Ralph Manns, Elbert Manns, Wayne Manns, Scotty Manns, Pauline Manns and Dora Fay Manns; his granddaughter LaGonda Faye Arnett Mondragon; and his grandson-in-law Cory Mondragon.
He is survived by: his wife Etta Faye White Manns; his daughter Peggy (Jerry Burdine Arnett) of Salyersville; his granddaughter Jerrica Arnett; his great grandchild Chara Arnett; and his siblings, Skid Manns of Indiana, Finley Manns of Indiana, Sally Spencer of Salyersville, Linda Marcello of Indiana, Henrietta Spears of Indiana, Karen Peterson of Indiana, Debbie Lynn Manns of Indiana and Vickie Manns of Indiana.
