He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Watts and Zeda Cornett Watts. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Hylton; his daughters, Deborah Lynn (Mark Scott) and Lisa Marie (William Paul Perkins); his siblings, Robert Taylor Watts (Reva), Miriam Bennett, Patricia (Manford King), Wanda (Addis Younce), Vivian (Jim Hoskins) and Carolyn (Joey Isaac); his grandchildren, J. D. Salisbury, Tiffany (Daniel Spears), Isaac Hayden Perkins (Tuwania Conley), Crystal (Miles Flint Puckett), Bradford Ryan Blair (Shonda Honeycutt) and Paul Brandon (Tara Perkins); and his great grandchildren, Kelci, Chloe Salisbury, Josten, Chase Arnett, Xavier, Logan Puckett, Carson, Parker Honeycutt, Caleb and Jordyn Blair.
