She was predeceased by: her parents, Green Trusty and Ella Stacy Trusty; and her siblings, Oakie Trusty, Arthur Trusty, Thelma Smith, Treva McCollough, Eva Howard, Ellen Rose and Noakie Trusty.
She is survived by: her husband Rex Allen; her children, Rex Allen, Jr. of Jacksonville, Jesse Allen of Milford, Steve Allen of Syracuse, Edward Allen of Paintsville and Jennifer Allen Bailey of Royalton; and her siblings, Blaine Trusty, Sarah Bailey of Indiana and Evelyn Trusty of Indiana. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
