He is survived by: his sons, Bobby Howard (Sherry) of Salyersville and Billy Howard of Salyersville; and his siblings, Betty Castle of Columbus, Brenda Castle of Columbus, Charles Howard of Johnstown and Kernie Howard of Columbus. He is also survived by five grandchildren, a host of family and friends.
