It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawson Williams (Salyersville, Kentucky), who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Williams and Anne Gamble Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Edison Williams and Terry Williams; his siblings, Judge Williams, Sam Williams, Ham Williams, Margie Watson and Virginia Howard; his wife Delois Risner Williams of Salyersville; his children, Sherry Russell of Prestonsburg, Lisa Wilson (Rodney) of Hardinsburg, Chrystal Risner (Keith) of Salyersville, Shelia Ward (Chris) of Salyersville and David Lester (Dawn) of Hardinsburg; and his brother Frank Williams of Salyersville. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
