He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hensley and Ethel Howard Hensley; his wife Linda Isaac Hensley; and his granddaughter Victoria Lindsey Hensley. He is survived by: his son Clarence Hensley (Stacy) of Salyersville; his sisters, Maxine Hensley of Salyersville, Clissie Lykins (Don) of Ohio, Pruda Myers of Salyersville and Freda McNew of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Cassie Hensley Koons (Curtis), Corie Hensley Bevins (Derrick), Mynah Hensley Howard (Aaron), Brock Pinks (Brandy Haney) and Brandon Pinks (Rikki); and his great grandchildren, Ashton Pinks, Jackson Pinks, Riley Minix, Maddie Bevins, Greyson Bevins, Isabella Bevins, Jameson Koons, Hayden Koons, Evan Koons and Tuff Scott Howard.
