He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Adams and Elizabeth Marshall Adams; his siblings, William Adams, Charles Adams, Akle Adams, Alta Adams, Alice Workman, Pearl Blair, Mollie Adams and Evalene Cousino; and his son John Wayne Adams.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Campbell Adams; and his children, James Blair of Salyersville, Cory Blair of Jackson Michigan, Vicky Adams of Salyersville, Amanda Watkins (Keith) of Salyersville and Karen Adams of Springfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
