He was predeceased by: his father Turner Ward; his son Jerry Dale Ward; his siblings, Marvin Ward, Sylvia Lyon and Joyce Lemaster; and his siblings-in-law, Southwell Lyon, Samuel Lyon and Betty Lou Ward.
