He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Gibson Koch; his sons, Daniel Koch (Amber) of Salyersville, Kentucky. and Zachary Koch (Ashley) of Salyersville, Kentucky.; his sisters, Debbie Poole of Cleaton, Tammy Dockery of Owensboro, Sheila Dockery of Owensboro and Kelly Boone of Greenville, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Parker Koch, Braxton Koch, Drew Koch and Candon Koch; and his uncle Bobby Goatee (Cheryl). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
