It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Francis Collins (Salyersville, Kentucky), who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her children, Fonzie Dwayne Howard and Tracy Howard; her siblings, Henry Francis of Ohio, Howell Francis, Helen Walker, Wilma Howard, Linda Deaton, Mary Francis, Martha Francis and Garnett Francis; and her grandson Wesley Brent Simpkins.
She is survived by: her stepmother Sue Francis of Ohio; her children, Matthew Scott Howard of Salyersville, Sherry Henson of Salyersville and Stephanie Johnson of Salyersville; and her siblings, Jeff Hall of Ohio, Gary Francis of Ohio, Doug Francis of Ohio, Kathy Howard of Ohio, Dedra Bowman of Beattyville, Catrina Roark of Ohio, Jennifer Gaddis of Ohio and Laronda Harris of Ohio. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
