He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howard Cantrell; his daughters, Levina Frisby (Jack) of Salyersville and Tonya Hackworth (Jay) of Salyersville; his siblings, Marion Cantrell of Oil Springs, William Marcus Cantrell of Staffordsville, Audrey Faye Harris of Huntington, Elizabeth Meade of Flat Gap and Linda K. Thompson of Huntington; his granddaughters, Lakin Russell (Luke), Jayden Hackworth and Jenna Hackworth; his stepgrandchildren, Chris Frisby (Katie), Jason Frisby (Jill), Jaclyn Fleming (Jeremiah), Matt Frisby and Josh Frisby (Maci); and his great grandchildren, Walker Grant Russell and Austin Russell. He is also survived by four step-great granddaughters, and one step-great grandson.
