She is survived by: her husband Thomas Adward Salyer; her children, Phillip Anthony Salyer of Lexington, Jamie Thomas Salyer of Falcon, Scotty Ray Salyer (Misty) of Falcon and Patricia Ann Rice (Roy) of Falcon; her sisters, Phyllis King Burchett, Rose Ward and Brenda Salyer; her half-brother Ocheal Kimbler; her granddaughters, Cassie Bentley (Tyler) of Salyersville, Brianna Allen (Jeff) of Salyersville, Brooklyn Sellards (Zack) of Elk Creek, Audrea Rice (Jacob Caudill) and Haley Rosettea Salyer (Dalton) of Oakley; and her great grandchild Jeffery Allen.
