He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Puckett and Mary Ellen Snyder Puckett; and his son-in-law Michael John Cole. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Puckett (Jaime) of Salyersville and Sherri Puckett Cole of Salyersville; his siblings, Paul Dale Puckett of Salyersville and Vickie Gamble (Mason) of Salyersville; and his grandchildren, Chandler Faulkner, Alex Puckett and Chaston Hylton.
In lieu of flowers family has requested contributions made to the Daniel Lee Puckett memorial fund at the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
