She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Jenkins (Dwayne) of Salyersville and Michelle Dyer (Ricky) of Salyersville; her stepsons, Terry Neil Lemaster (Sandra) of Paintsville and Joseph Edward Lemaster of Michigan; her siblings, Grover Roark (Emily) of Salyersville, Gordan Roark (Connie) of Salyersville and Nellie Puckett (George) of Salyersville; her brother-in-law David Helton of Salyersville; and her grandson Skyler Dwayne Jenkins.
