He was predeceased by: his father Carl Lemaster; his parents-in-law, Garland Dutch Helton and Marcelene Helton; his brothers, Bennie Lemaster and Douglas Lemaster; his half-brother Wiley Ray Tackett; his sister Imogene Lemaster; his half-sister Betty Tackett Daniels; his brothers-in-law, William Helton and B. F. Helton; and his nephew James Blake Helton.
He is survived by: his wife Ilean Helton Lemaster; his son Chester Wesley Lemaster (April) of Paintsville; his siblings, Willie Robert Lemaster of Salyersville, Lloyd Lemaster of Salyersville, Thomas Lemaster of Lexington, Martha Alice Lemaster of Salyersville, Patricia Lemaster Bentley of Salyersville and Pansy Lemaster Deyton of Lexington; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Helton, Linda Helton of Salyersville and Forest Helton (Janet) of Salyersville; and his grandson Gunner Wesley Lemaster.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested that contributions in honor of Chester Dean Lemaster made to the Lakeville Baptist Church.
