He is survived by: his wife Christine Hale Holland; his children, Larry Neil Holland of Salyersville, Burl Jason Holland of Salyersville, Jeremiah John Holland of Salyersville, JoAnn Slusher, Ruby Jean Holland of Louisville and Amanda Blackburn of Salyersville; and his sister Doris Mae Salyer of Salyersville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
