He is survived by: his son Billy Jason Cheek (Jessica Michelle) of Salyersville; his sisters, Janet Sue Montgomery of Salyersville, Melinda Lysaker of Paintsville and Jacqueline Cheek of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Michael Alex Cheek, Alana Grace Cheek and Ava Elaine Cheek; his niece Amanda Cheek; and his nephew Shane Cheek.
