He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Arnett-Mullins; and his siblings, Jack Wesley Gilliland of Salyersville, Kenneth Ryan Gilliland of Salyersville, Patrick Prater Arnett of Salyersville, Phyllis Marie Gilliland (Fee Fee) of Salyersville, Sarah Lee Arnett Howard of Salyersville and Alice Minerva Arnett Lykins of Olive Hill.
