It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Michelle Collins of Russellville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Timothy Wayne Fuller. She is survived by: her children, Shelby Shoemake Fuller, Russellville, Craig Allen Collins, Jeffrey Fuller and Tammy Michelle Collins.
