She is survived by: her children, Tobeika Payton (Fredrick), Charla Conrad and Charles Jackson Jr.; her stepchildren, NaKeitha Jackson and Latonya Day; her brother Michael Elliott (Martha); and her friends, Audrey, Glenda, Chelsea and Cynthia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and In-Laws.
