She is survived by: her children, William "David" Brokofsky (Patrica) of Bowling Green, KY. and Stephanie Underwood (Randy) of Lewisburg, KY.; her grandchildren, William David Tyler Brokofsky (Alley), Zack Taylor Brokofsky (Taylor), Ashlyn Taylor Underwood, Kryslyn Nikole Underwood and Stephanie Camplin; and her great grandchildren, Payslynne Underwood, Emberlynne Underwood, Lincoln Brokofsky, Natalie Brokofsky, Alexis Ashby and Willow Ashby.
