He is survived by: his children, Janice West of Chelsea, OK and Donald Eston of Bowling Green, KY; his sisters, Faye Miller (Ron) of Russellville, KY and Quinetta Shirley of Bowling Green, KY.; and his friend Helen Shannon of Russellville, KY.. He is also survived by three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
