He is survived by: his children, John Thomas Earl White of Marissa, Felicia Marie White of Evansville, Melissa Jean Oxford of New Albany and Jennifer Lynne Wagner of Tilden; and his sister Bonnie Henderson (Wayne) of Russellville. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
