She was predeceased by: her father Harry Douglas. She is survived by: her sisters, Sue Helen Wood (Dewey) of Russellville and Jackie Douglas Powell (Larry) of Bowling Green; and her cousin Betty Garrett.
In lieu of flowers Mary Ann has asked that donations be made to Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, P.O. Box 117, Allensville, Kentucky 42204 or envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
