She is survived by: her husband Russell Leo Kirk of Raceland, KY; her children, Ronald Leo Kirk (Amy) of Creedmoor, NC and Bonita Faye Kirk Plowman of Flatwoods, KY; and her sister Johnda Dowdy (Greg) of Flatwoods, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
