It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis Gene Ross of Russell, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ross and Madge Hay Ross; and his former wife Peggy Ross. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Hall, Lisa Osborne and Scot Ross; his grandchildren, Tiffany Osborn, Scotty Ross, Cody Osborn, Taville Osborne and Kristy Hall; his wife Helen Jacob Ross of Russell; his children, Donald Bentley (Jennifer) and Cheryl Ann Madden (Don); his grandchildren, Colton Bentley, Savannah Fraley, Holly Madden Evans, Abbigail Ball, Haley Rigsby, Allyson Garnes and Marlee Bentley; and his great grandchildren, Delaney, Emme, Jonah, Wyatt, Astraea and Sarah.
