Virginia Ratliff Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 79, Virginia Ratliff of Russell, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Virginia Ratliff to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Franz and Virginia Maggard Franz; and her siblings, David Franz and Nina Franz. She is survived by: her husband Don Ratliff; her sons, Tony Ratliff (Terri) and Mickey Ratliff (Dianne); her grandchildren, Dylan Ratliff (Allison), Lennon Ratliff, Kristen Hall (Taylor), Camryn Pennington (Nick) and Jessica Ratliff; and her brother Howard Franz (Susan). She is also survived by her two sons and five grandchildren, watching her family.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Community Hospice.
