It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Snowden (Russell, Kentucky), born in Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Snowden and Freda Baber Snowden; and his brothers, Clinton and Scott Snowden. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Snowden (Molly) of Ironton, OH and Kara Horton (Bill) of Grayson, KY; his grandchildren, Ryan Vaughn of Greenup, KY, Sarah Snowden of South Point, OH and Lorin Suttles (CJ) of Ashland, KY; and his sister Sue Savage of Raceland, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
