We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2022, at the age of 92, Ralph E. Hoy of Russell, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Edward Allen Hoy; his wife Patricia Hoy (Patty); and his brother Willis Hoy, Jr.. He is survived by: his granddaughter Rachel Nelson (Jeremy Rose) of Kenner; his caregiver Bonita Gearhart of Grayson; and his close friend Ed May (Susie) of Russell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
