She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Meadows and Nell Eastham Meadows Womack; her husband Edward Riggs; and her brothers, Wayne, R. W. and Donald Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Riggs (Vicki), Bruce Riggs (Kathy), Vicki Riggs and Lisa Stevens (Bob); her grandchildren, Aaron Stevens (Amy), Jason Stevens (Jenny), Katy Riggs, Julia Coonrod Riggs (Michael), Sarah Riggs and Kenny Riggs; and her great grandchildren, Skyler Mullins, Gracie Stevens, Ben Stevens and Emily Castle.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Ashland Community Hospice Care.
