With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lona Katherine Kuhner (Russell, Kentucky), born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on July 10, 2019 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Porter and Alene Porter; her former husband Gary Dale Botts; her brother James R. Porter; her stepdaughter Theresa Kuhner Browning; and her stepgrandson Tyler Wayne Gust.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Kuhner of Cape Coral, FL; her children, Pamela Vance of Bella Vista, AR, Stephen Kuhner (Debbie) of Grayson, Kentucky, Michael Kuhner (Tonya) of Pedro, Ohio, Deiadra Reel Of Ave (Andrew) and Rebecca Botts Smalley (Rodney) of Hendersonville, Tennessee; and her grandsons, Wesley, Wade and Wyatt Rolin. She is also survived by 20 step-grandchildren; and 7 step- great grandchildren.
